- Description
- This contract consists of removing the existing hot-mop roof to solid sheathing and the installation of a completely weatherproof metal roof system for the Trimmer Fire Barracks located on the High Sierra Ranger District of the Sierra National Forest. The roof system shall be as herein specified. Also to include the removal of old evaporative coolers, the design and installation of a new HVAC unit and ductwork, and the option to replace all existing windows. The contract time is 45 days. The estimated date to start work is October 2011 and estimated date to complete work is December 2011. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
