- Please note answers to questions received. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Non-Personal Service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA930111MB033. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20110819. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 813110, Small Business size standard is $7,000,000.00 dollars. All small business vendors are encouraged to participate in this solicitation. Edwards AFB, CA is soliciting to acquire a Non-Personal Service, Protestant Parish Coordinator (please see attached Performance Work Statement and Workload Data Information Sheet), for the Edwards AFB Chapel. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) (SEP 2007).
