- Description
- This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking Small Business responses in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to procure MERLIN Aircraft Birdstrike Avoidance Radar (SS200i) for use at Offutt AFB, NE 68113. The supplies/services to be provided: Item 1 - Merlin Aircraft Birdstrike Avoidance Radar (SS200i), Mobile, trailer-mounted system solid-state radars, Doppler HSR, vibration dampered electronics rack; SQL Server data system, Auto-start backup generator package (single unit), delivery, system installation, start-up and commissioning integration support and user training Item 2 - 3 year warranty and software upgrades Item 3 - 3 year data analysis/reporting The designated NAICS Code is 334511 "Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing" with a small business size standard of 750 employees Your response shall include the following information: • Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Revenue for last three years. • Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years and your company's capability to do this type of work. • Teaming Arrangements to include relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
