- AMENDMENT 0001 THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO ADVISE POTENTIAL BIDDERS THAT THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD MULTIPLE CONTRACTS IF IT IS IN THE GOVERNMENTS BEST INTEREST TO DO SO. THERE POTENTIALLY COULD BE ONE AWARD FOR ALL LINE ITEMS TO ONE QUALIFIED VENDOR, OR THE CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS COULD BE SPLIT INTO 4 SEPARATE CONTRACT AWARDS IF IT IS THE GOVERNMENTS BEST INTEREST TO DO SO. ontractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, coordination, equipment and services necessary to complete National Weather Service project which consist of removal of existing piers due to ground heaving. Install new piers in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) at various NWS Weather Forecast Offices
