- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii, Ft Shafter intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number: W912CN-11-T-0395. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 334119 and Small Business Standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110629. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
