- SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all necessary services and materials to supply whole genome sequencing data for approximately 500 biological samples, with an option of additional sample processing in future years. VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) will provide to the Contractor input DNA samples of at least 50 µg, which will include approximately 400 samples from patients presenting with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and approximately 100 samples from patients presenting with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The Contractor shall provide: 1.Whole genome sequencing raw data in Industry-Standard Format (BAM) using sequencing by synthesis (SBS) chemistry 2.Delivery of data visualization in GenomeStudio software 3.Data validation technology
