- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-04T0-S-11-0042 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation are found in full text form at http://arnet.gov/far. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 441221 and small business size standard of $30.0 million dollars. The following are the specifications for the 2 new UTV's (ready for use): The primary purpose of this vehicle is for sand patrol. Specifications: - Between 800-900cc Engine, actual cubic centimeter must be equal to or exceed 800. - Ground clearance of at least 12" / Suspension Travel (shocks) of at least 12" - Roll Cage - Maximum Dry Weight of 1,200 lbs. (not including add-ons) - Automatic Transmission - 4-wheel Drive Shaft - Two passenger with one (1) adjustable seats - Rearview Mirror (installed) - Poly Roof / Rear Panel / full or ½ Doors (installed) - Full windshield with wiper blade (installed) - HID conversion headlight kit or equivalent (included/installed) - Winch (~3500 lbs) (installed) - Locking cargo box/storage container - Primary/base color of UTV: white or black - no bright colors If the Yamaha Rhino is included in your Quote safety/manufacture recall must have been fixed.
