Description

This is combined synopsis/solicitation VA-256-11-RQ-0932 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A quotation in response to this notice must be received not later than 10:00AM CDT, 12 SEPTEMBER 2011. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. This procurement is being set aside 100% for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423210 Office Furniture Merchant Wholesalers; the size standard is 100 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price order for delivery of the following: See attached Furniture and Fabric Specs with descriptions. Quotation Instructions: Offeror's quotation may be submitted on Schedule B of the attachment and/or on the firm's standard quotation form or letterhead. Quotation must contain a statement that all terms and conditions contained in Solicitation VA256-11-RQ-0932 are accepted. Solicitation provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items must be submitted through the following means: Email- carla.christian@va.gov Mail- Department of Veterans Affairs; Attn Carla Christian; 715 S. Pear Orchard Rd, Plaza I Room 415, Ridgeland, MS. 39157. Quotations must be received no later than 10:00am CDT, September 12, 2011.
