- Notice of Intent Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract with Intuitive Surgical for Preventive Maintenance Service on government owned Da Vinci Si Surgical System for the period of one year(1 Oct 2011 thru 30 Sept 2012). Intuitive Surgical is the manufacturer of the Da Vinci Si Surgical System and instrumentation. Intuitive Surgical does not sell this equipment in conjunction with any group or through distribution channels. Additionally, Intuitive Surgical is the sole provider of Service for their equipment and has no other authorized service providers. Award will be made on or about 7 September 2011. The NAICS code 811219, size standard is $19M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
