- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) No. W912C3-11-R-0022 for Transportation Support Personnel Services. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision and all other necessary to provide the non-personnel services. The anticipated release date of the REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) is on or about Aug 29, 2011. The due date to submit your quote is on or about Sep 19, 2011; 2:00 PM (see solicitation for specific date). This Request for PROPOSAL is issued as a Competitive Small Business 100% Total Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code is 561210. The size standard is $35.5 Million.
