- Sole Source Synopsis/Solicitation The PKO Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for purchasing of Advanced Training Systems Target Package under the authority of accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Subpart 13.5 and Subpart 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 6 Sep 2011. The Purchase Request and Synopsis/Solicitation number is F1T3CK1210A002. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: 16 EA PT-61B Wireless Tactical Pop up Target CLIN 0002: 16 EA DD-10 Drop down Targets CLIN 0003: 1 EA MT-74 360 Degree All Terrain Roaming Target System The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34.
