- Solicitation packet The purpose of the Statement of Work (SOW) is to obtain a dam monitoring software product to provide and host a real-time, web-based, dam monitoring and document management system capable of monitoring up to 11,600 NRCS Watershed Project dams in 47 states and one US territory. The tool will store dam safety information for remote access by authorized Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) personnel and partners.
