- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W33BWH12280100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 1 September 2011, 6:00 P.M. EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 334516, Size STD 500 employees. This requirement is a unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The requirements in this solicitation: 3 Each Silver 96 Well GeneAmp PCR System 9700 (Includes 9700 Base Unit (N8050200), 96-Well Silver sample Block (N8050251), PCR Starter Kit, Power Cord, User's Manual (CD-ROM) and Limited Warranty. Must provide trade in credits for 2 Model 9700's. Serial numbers will be provided at the time of purchase. 3 Each AB RC Support 9700-996 Well (Part Number ZG03-SC9700-96) 1 Each Shipping and Handling The award will be all or none. Prices quoted shall be FOB destination. FAR provision 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors Commercial] applies to this acquisition to include the following addenda: All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR can be accessed via the internet at www.ccr.gov/. Confirmation of CCR registration will be validated prior to award. Vendors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3 Alt 1 with their offer if not registered in Online Representation & Certifications Applications (ORCA). The provision can be downloaded by accessing the website at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.
