- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: Includes Multiple Cities in the Inland Empire Delineated Area: Western Boundary : North on Euclid Ave., from 60 Freeway to Hwy, 30 Northern Boundary : Along Hwy, 30 to Interstate 15, Northerly on Interstate 15 to junction of Interstate 215 (Devore), Southerly on Interstate 215 to Hwy. 30, East on Hwy. 30 to Tippecanoe Ave. Eastern Boundary : South on Tippecanoe to Interstate 10, West on Interstate 10 to Interstate 215, Southerly on 215/91 Freeway to Arlington Ave. Southern Boundary : West on Arlington to Van Buren Blvd. Northerly on Van Buren to 60 Freeway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 103,480 Space Type: Warehouse/Office Parking Spaces (Total): 44 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: 100,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and 3,480 sq. ft. of office and related support space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
