- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote: W912PL-11-T-0037 Notice Type: Firm Fixed Price Quotes due: 29 September 2011 10:00 am The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-53, Effective 04 Aug 2011. The NACIS code for this requirement is 811310 and with a small business size standard of $7.0 MLLION DOLLARS. Competition is set-aside for small businesses only. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Award will be made to the quotation, which offers the best value trade-off to the government based upon the evaluation factors as follows: Contractor Quality Control Personnel, Scheduling and Tracking Repair and Maintenance, Scheduling and Tracking Preventative Maintenance and Inspections, Past Performance (Relevancy), and Past Performance (Performance Confidence). Suppliers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications. 52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. A site visit is scheduled for (date and time to be determined and will be posted to FBO.gov) to meet at the USACE Corps Maintenance Yard and then travel to Haines Canyon. 1st Location: USACE, Corps Maintenance Yard: 645 N. Durfee Ave., S. El Monte CA 91733 2nd Location: Haines Canyon: Off the 210 Freeway, Lowell exit, 10502 Haines Canyon Ave. in Tujunga, CA.
