- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Science Application has a specialized need for assistance with the framing workshop for the North Pacific Landscape Conservation Cooperative Steering Committe (NPLCC). The framing workshop is fundamental to setting priorities for the NPTLCC and assisting with decisions on governance and structure.Decision Applications, Inc. planned, coordinated and led a framing workshop for the Western Alaska Landscape Conservation Coopertive (WALCC). This unique workshop was designed for this national, partnership led effort. Several of the NPLCC Steering Commmittee members also serve on the WALCC's Steering Committee and attended the Alaska workshop. Decision Applications, Inc. is a consulting firm with experience leading framing workshops with LCC's and has expertise in providing the needed skills and experience in establishing a process and content for the workshops. This requirement will be classified under NAICS 541618. No solicitation document is available. Interested persons may respond to the requirement by 4:00 pm Pacific Time, September 06, 2011. The government will evaluate responses to determine if a competitive solicitation is appropriate for future acquisitions.
