Ft. (ABOA): 1,382 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,452 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: As part of this space requirement, the Government will require use of part of the building roof for the installation of antenna(s). Fully serviced Lease with janitorial services provided during daytime Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
