- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation H92237-11-Q-1351 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. 4. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. NAICS code is 332999 and the small business size standard is 500. 5. Contract Line Item 0001AA: Class 5A Vault Door Assembly, 1 EA, conforming to Federal Specification AA-D-600D, equipped with an S&G 2937 three-wheel tumbler lock. Must fit within an opening of 71" wide x 86" high. Contract Line Item 0001AB: Day Gate, 1 EA, matching the door assembly in CLIN 0001AA. Contract Line Item 0001AC: Freight / Shipping & Handling Charges, Destinaiton is San Diego, CA 92155 Contract Line Item 0002AA: Class 5V Vault Door Assembly, 1 EA, conforming to Federal Specification AA-D-600D, equipped with an X-09 lock. Must fit within an opening of 71" wide x 86" high. Contract Line Item 0002AB: Day Gate, 1 EA, matching the door assembly in CLIN 0002AA. Contract Line Item 0002AC: Freight / Shipping & Handling Charges, Destination is San Diego, CA 92155 6. Delivery terms: all items must be delivered to San Diego, CA 92155 not later than 60 days after contract award. FOB Destination. Exact delivery address is: LOGSU Supply Mark For: SEAL Team 1 3632 Guadalcanal Rd, Bldg 165W San Diego, CA 92155 7. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 8. Offers will be evaluated on price, technical capability of how well the proposed products meet the Government's requirement, and delivery schedule. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. 9. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offers. 10. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 11. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
