See amendment 0001 which includes questions and answers along with changing the type of system from a "touchless" car wash to a "soft touch" car wash system. Additionally, the solicitation deadline has been extended to 2 Sept 11 with offers due at 1300 Local Time. Amendment 0003 has been aded to include an additional question regarding the use of brushes in the soft touch system. See the questions and answers for clarifications on the types of brushes that would be acceptable.
