- The 409th CSB/ECC-E (Theater Contracting Center) intends to award a contract for the purchase of one Roll Off Command Container DIN 14505. The contract shall have firm-fixed-price contract line item numbers (CLINs. Delivery of the Roll Off Command Container DIN 14505 shall be FOB destination USAG Grafenwoehr Germany. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13.5. The anticipated award date is 30 Sep 2011. Specific requirement details will be included in the Solicitation number W912CM-11-R-0024 to be issued on or about 26 August 2011 to close 30 days after the solicitation issue date. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. Only contractors who are registered and have an active account in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) may be awarded a contract as a result of the solicitation, and all invoices and payments will be made using the WAWF system. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses shall include all information requested in the written RFQ.
