- The Veteran Affairs Pittsburgh Health Adminstration (VAPHS) intends to place a sole source order with Perimed, Inc. for one (1) Periscan PIM 3 Imaging System. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The supplies are available by only one manufacturer of laser Doppler perfusion imaging devices in the United States and that is Perimed.
