- Crop Report District Map Statement of work Iowa Service Wage Rates SF 1449 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 531210 with a small business size standard of $2.0M. USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Iowa is seeking an independent real estate professional, such as an agent, broker, or appraiser licensed and registered in Iowa to complete a fair market survey analysis for the Natural Resources Conservation Service, Grassland Reserve Program. The independent real estate professional shall be knowledgeable of the dynamics of agricultural land sales in the State of Iowa in order to make required judgments based upon the data available. The work shall consist of performing all computations and descriptions as required in the request for proposals. Award will be made to the offer or combination of offers to the best value to the Government based on the evaluation criteria. The anticipated award date is on September 16, 2011 provided funding has been secured. The contract period will be 30 days. The government reserves the right to award only one or multiple contracts. A fixed price contract is anticipated. The fair market survey analysis for the state must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after contract award. Subject to the availability of funds.
