- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-11-T-0205 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DCN 20070531. The North American Classification System Code is 423830 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California, has a requirement for the following: This requirement is for Brand Name or Equal Products, manufactured by Hannibal Material Handling Inc. so the parts will be compatible with the existing storage system. If quoting alternate products, please include a specifications sheet and pictures of the item. Pallet rack parts are to be shipped, not to exceed 40 pieces per pallet. Item 1: Upright Frame Size: 48 ¯ W x 168 ¯ H - legs are to be 3 ¯ X 1 5/8 ¯ with tear drop slots 2 ¯ on center - 16,000 lb load capacity minimum, standard style foot plates (3 ¯ x 4 ¯) - Color: Vista Green (powder coat paint) Qty: 25 Item 2: Beam (step) Size: 108 ¯ L x 3 ¾ ¯ H - C5 safety lock permanently attached to each end of the beam - 4,000 lb load capacity minimum per pair Color: Vista Green (powder coat paint) Qty: 126 Item 3: Wire Decking Size: 48 ¯ D x 52 ¯ W - Box beam channels/ 2 ¯ flange minimum - Front/rear waterfall lip - 2 X 4, 4 gauge wire mesh - 2,000 lb load capacity minimum - Color: Silver (galvanized wire) Qty: 126 Please use zip code 92055 to calculate shipping charges (if any). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government.
