- FA6675-11-R-0018 Solicitation Submission Guidelines Statement of Work (SOW) 18 Aug 2011 GENERAL. The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the award of a single, firm fixed-price contract for construction. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those current through Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-53, Effective 04 Aug 2011 and DFARS (DPN) 20110725 Edition. RESTRICTIONS: This solicitation is set aside 100% for WOMAN-OWNED Small Business. This acquisition will be made under NAICS code 238110-Poured Concrete Foundation & Structure Contractors, with a size standard of $14,000,000. STATUS OF FUNDING. This acquisition is not currently funded. BID SCHEDULE: Solicitation is for a contractor to provide all design, equipment, material, and labor required to remove and replace three (3) pedestrian foot bridges at Bldg 1710 in accordance with government provided Statement of Work (SOW). MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $25,000 to $50,000 PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Approx. 45 days from Issuance of Notice to Proceed, plus any authorized delay days. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: See Section L & M of SF1442 & Submission Instruction Attachment OTHER: Prior to award, registration in Central Contractors Registry (CCR) @ http://www.ccr.gov/ and Online REPS and CERTS (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/ must be current.
