- The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Regional Mission for Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova, intends to award a contract for implementation of the Rule of Law Institutional Strengthening Program (ROLISP) in Moldova. This program aims to strengthen the institutional capacity, transparency and accountability of key justice sector institutions in order to bolster the independence and effectiveness and professionalism of the judiciary, thereby reducing opportunities for corruption.
