- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award will be made based on the lowest price, technically acceptable. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-53. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. The SB size standard for this code is 750 employees. All Items are Brand Name or Equal. Submit descriptive literature and specifications for other than the brand name. CLIN 0001. Dual input camera monitor. 12.1" LCD, MIL-STD 1275 input power range, MIL-DTL-38999 polarized and keyed circular input connector. Mid Atlantic Computer Services (MACS) 121WM2 or equal. QTY: 58 each. Staggered delivery schedule: 8 each delivered the first and second months, 7 each delivered the third through eighth months. All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items (JUN 2008) applies to this acquisition.
