- PEO STRI Industry Stakeholders, In response to Industry requests to improve communication between PEO STRI and our Industry stakeholders the PEO STRI Acquisition Center Director/Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting (PARC), Mr. Joseph A. Giunta, Jr., will host our weekly Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) update session open to all of Industry, 30 August 2011. The intent of the update is to better communicate the status of ongoing procurements within PEO STRI. Mr. Giunta, along with Acquisition Center senior leadership, will host the session every Tuesday morning from 0900-0945. Each PALT update session will provide Industry the opportunity to request updates on specific procurements of interest in a Question & Answer (Q&A) type forum. There will not be a formal agenda, but rather an open Q&A session not to exceed 45 minutes. It will be up to Industry representatives to request an update on specific procurements of interest. Information to be provided by the Government will be limited to status updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process. We have posted the PEO STRI PALT Policy Memo, dated 7 Jan 11, and the supporting PALT Report (milestones) for your reference to the PEO STRI Business Opportunities Website (STRIBOP).
