- Line Items SOW RFI DISCLAIMER: This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB) or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall not serve as proposals, bids, or offers, which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this Notice. The NAICS code for this effort is: 454390 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has established a need for the following: 1) On-site beverage service at the OCC's Charlotte Large Bank Office. One brewing machine ("Keurig Type") is needed for both the 2nd and 5th floors of the Charlotte Large Bank Office. 2) On-site beverage service at the OCC's Large Bank Office at Bank of America Plaza. One brewing machine is needed ("Keurig Type"). 3) On-site beverage service at the OCC's Large Bank Office at Wells Fargo East building. One brewing machine ("Keurig Type") is needed. On-site delivery of consumable beverage supplies as follows are needed for each of the locations listed above: •1) Single use "K-cup" style for single cup brewing of Regular mild blend coffee, Decaf, Dark Roast coffee, and various flavored coffees. •2) Single use packages of single servings using "Insta-hot" tap: Lipton Tea, Lipton Decaf Tea •3) Single use packages of non-sugar sweeteners: Splenda, Sweet-n-Low and Equal •4) Re-sealable pour containers of a 10 to 20 ounce size of Cane Sugar and Non-Dairy creamer •5) Single use creamer cups "Mini-Moo's" or like equivalent. In order to facilitate this endeavor, the OCC is seeking industry sources with demonstrated capabilities for achieving the requirements outlined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work and attachments. The DRAFT SOW in its current form provides respondents the minimum requirements of the OCC. It is the OCC's intent to use the information gathered in response to this Sources Sought Notice to assist the Government in its market research. Respondents are encouraged to provide cost estimate information for the requirements described. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or in part, any industry input as a result of this Notice. Submission Information Qualified vendors must respond to Darryle Brown no later than 3:00 p.m. EST, on September 2, 2011 by emailing the following information to Darryle.Brown@occ.treas.gov : Your socioeconomic status (e.g., HUBZone, Small Business, etc.) Provide federal supply schedule information (to include contract number) for only those vehicles that encompass the type of work described herein (if applicable). Brief overview of your company and the services it provides. Description of your firm's capabilities and qualifications as they relate to the business need and general requirements stated in this Request for Information. Cost estimate for services. Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted via email to Darryle Brown at Darryle.Brown@occ.treas.gov. All responses are limited to five pages in 12pt., Times New Roman font and should not exceed 1MB in size. All responses shall be submitted to Darryle Brown, via email at Darryle.Brown@occ.treas.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. EST, on September 2, 2011.
