- SYNOPSIS This is a notice of intent MICC (RC-West), Presidio of Monterey, CA to issue a solicitation for request for quotes in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The requirement is for Custodial Services at Fort Worth AFR Center 11280 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth, TX 76108. The contract period will consist of a base period from date of award through 12 months, and four, one-year option periods with an anticipated start date of September 29, 2011. The estimated yearly contract requirements include: routine cleaning, trash removal, and floor care (moping, spraying, and buffing).This requirement will be a competitive, firm-fixed price contract, 100% set aside for women owned small business. This is a commercial services procurement and FAR Part 12 will be used. The solicitation and any amendments will be made available on or about 31 August 2011, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www. Fedbizopps.gov. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 561720, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million.
