- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F7B3CE1167A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333319 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001 - Qty 1 of EA Highland Engineering P/N 1500-IS Instructor Simulator, allows instructor to simulate differing scenarios including control of ROWPU functions, monitoring of ROWPU functions, introduction of faults and troubleshooting scenarios, and control of the Student Training station or equal 0002 - Qty of 1 EA Highland Engineering P/N 1500-STS Simulator Student Training Station, allows student to perform all operational functions of a ROWPU in a classroom setting, to include a multi-media filter junction enclosure, digital display enclosure, display panel enclosure, pushbutton enclosure, and a disconnect enclosure, as well as additional required training diagrams or equal. 0003 - Qty 2 EA Highland Spare Parts Kit for 1500 ROWPU P/N 701-550 or equal 0004 - Qty 1 Highland PRESSURE VESSELS (BOTTOM VESSEL) PN# 410-1500-184-1 or equal 0005 - Qty 1 Highland PRESSURE VESSELS (2 FROM BOTTOM) PN# 410-1500-184-2 or equal 0006 - Qty 1 Highland PRESSURE VESSELS (3 FROM BOTTOM) PN# 410-1500-184-3 or equal 0007 - Qty 1 Highland PRESSURE VESSELS (TOP VESSEL) PN# 410-1500-184-4 or equal FOB: Destination for delivery to Fargo, ND 58102. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
