- Exhibit A - CDRLs Attachment 3 - Tech Pub Library Attachment 2 - Gov't Property/Info/Equip Appendix D - MESM Appendix C - T-39 ACI Appendix B - Applicable Document Appendix A - Acronymns/Definitions Attachment 1 - PWS Draft Solicitation August 2011 A DRAFT Solicitation (excluding Section L and M), Exhibit A, and Attachments 1 through 3 is attached for this effort (N00019-10-R-0062) for industry review and comment. Interested parties should review the posted document and provide written comments/recommendations by 7 September 2011 via email to this office (cheri.nims@navy.mil). Earlier submittals are appreciated. The Navy will consider all inputs received but does not intend to post responses at this time. The anticipated release of the draft RFP Sections L & M will be on or about 28 October 2011 with an anticipated award date of on or about 17 July 2012. In light of the requirement's continued revisions, the Government requests that small and large businesses which continue to be interested in this effort confirm such interest to the Government by emailing cheri.nims@navy.mil. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this request for statements of interest. Submittal of any new or additional capability information by respondents is not requested at this time. However, should a company submit any such information, it is strictly voluntary. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this announcement. The requested information is to assist the United States Navy in conducting Market Research of industry. This requirement is subject to change and the information provided herein is for informational purposes only. The final requirement, if any, would be defined under a formal Request for Proposal which would be announced on FedBizOpps. THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. IT SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS POSTING. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THE DRAFT SOLICITATION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
