- SF 33 QUESTION SET #1 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING CHANGES: 1. Post Question Set #1. 2. RFP Is Amended To Read: Section C.4.1.2 New Equipment: The Contractor shall provide only new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for this requirement. Third party components/parts integrated into a system that are configured by the Contractor must be authorized and approved, in writing, by the Government. The Government authorizes 3rd party products for the following items. Soft carry bag (large), Soft carry bag (standard) and Hard carry case. Section: C.4.3 System Requirements MSHA's enterprise-wide software contract allows for 100% backward compatibility and allows for updates to new operating system licenses. Section J-1.3 - MSHA Minimum Configurations Monitors, TAA COMPLIANCE REMOVED
