- TITLE: Maintenance Renewal QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SECHQ111Q0179 and is issued as a Request to Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-51. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a size standard of 100. This requirement is to award a brand name order for maintenance renewal subscription services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2. The requirement will be competed among Qualys resellers, with an award to a single reseller. The scope of work includes the following: Base Year -- 0001 – QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 17,500 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-E-17500, 1 EA; 0002 – QualysGuard Internet Bases Vulnerability Scanner for 5000 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part #QG-E-POL, 1 ea; 0003 – QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 6 month Scanners – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-SAE, 1 EA; OPTION YEAR 1 -- 1001 - QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 17,500 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-E-17500, 1 EA; 1002 – QualysGuard Internet Bases Vulnerability Scanner for 5000 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part #QG-E-POL, 1 ea; 1003 – QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 6 month Scanners – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-SAE, 1 EA; OPTION YEAR 2 -- 2001 – QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 17,500 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-E-17500, 1 EA; 2002 – QualysGuard Internet Bases Vulnerability Scanner for 5000 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part #QG-E-POL, 1 ea; OPTION YEAR 3 -- 3003 – QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 6 month Scanners – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-SAE, 1 EA; 3001 - QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 17,500 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-E-17500, 1 EA; 3002 – QualysGuard Internet Bases Vulnerability Scanner for 5000 IP addresses – 12 month subscription, Part #QG-E-POL, 1 ea; 3003 – QualysGuard Internet Based Vulnerability Scanner for 6 month Scanners – 12 month subscription, Part # QG-SAE, 1 EA; The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and condition, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial applies.
