This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposal or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs Service Area Office (SAO) East is seeking to determine availability of Small Business with the capabilities of providing Emissions Testing required to obtain our Annual Title 5 Air Permit. Perform Hydrochloric Acid Emissions Measurements Perform Visible Emissions Observations Perform Carbon Monoxide Emissions Measurements Perform Hydrochloric Acid Emissions Measurements These requirements are not flexible. Firms/Companies with interest and capability responding to all these requirements should develop a short narrative including relevant documentation, specific evidence and any other information indicating the capability to successfully fulfill the aforementioned requirements.
