Description: This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as RFQ # E11PS55074. The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Everglades National Park, located in Homestead, Florida, has a requirement to purchase multiple A/C units. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423730 and the size standard is 100 employees. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. HVAC System Statement of Work (8) 2 Ton 16 SEER or above Heat pump Mini-Split Air Conditioning Systems. Voltage rating to be 208-230V, Btu/h capacity 21800-cooling, 24000-heating. Current rating to be 10.5A cooling, 12.5A heating. CFM to be 600 with SEER of 16 or above. Indoor Unit: Air handler Fan Motor output 35W, Sound Pressure Level 51dB (A), Evaporator: Aluminum fin-copper tube. Outdoor Unit: Compressor Type-Inverter control, L.R.A. - 41A, Compressor RLA - 8.4A, Throttling Method- Electric expand valve. Condenser coil- Aluminum fin-copper tube. Fan Motor Speed - 825 rpm, Fan Motor - 1/8 HP, CFM -2400, Sound Pressure level 56dB (A), Refrigerant and Charge R410A/63.4 (8) 1 Ton 16 SEER or above Heat pump Mini-Split Air Conditioning Systems. Voltage rating to be 208-230V, refrigerant and charge R410A/63.4.Indoor unit: Evaporator: Aluminum fin-copper tube.Outdoor unit: Compressor throttling method-electric expand valve. Condenser coil-Aluminum fin-copper tube. (4) 5 Ton 16 SEER or above Complete Air Conditioning Systems. Voltage rating to be 208-230V, with 10Kw of electric heating. Indoor Unit: Air handler Fan Motor to be Variable Speed, Evaporator : Aluminum fin-copper tube. Outdoor Unit: Condenser coil- Aluminum fin-copper tube. Refrigerant and Charge R410A/63.4 (4) 3 Ton 16 SEER or above Complete Air Conditioning Systems. Voltage rating to be 208-230V, with 10Kw of electric heating.
