- JOFOC Pursuant to FAR 6.302-2, The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has increased the ceiling amount from $115M to $140M on Contract DG133E-07-CQ-0055, with Riverside Technology, Inc., for Technical Support, System Engineering, and Engineering Services (TSSEES) for the National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Systems (NESDIS). The justification for action is provided pursuant to FAR 6.305(b). The contract type is Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions. The contract was originally solicited competitively.
