- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THE NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9126G-08-D-0053-0002, BL HARBERT INTERNATIONAL, LLC. This is not a solicitation. WT Barracks, Fort Bragg, NC. Contract Number W9126G-08-D-0053, Task Order 0002, Modification Number 13 consists of the following: Remove existing pavement and subgrade for Half Street as needed to provide new base course and asphalt in accordance with Contract Drawings P-1, Plate DT-100-R1, detail for heavy-duty flexible pavement section. Elevations for east side of Half Street shall match grades of existing curb and gutter to facilitate positive drainage. Landscape adds and deletes. Lastly, add 12-foot wide sidewalks to connect WT Barracks Complex with existing sidewalk at Womack Army Medical Center. A dd thermoplastic crosswalks for all road crossings. All sidewalks and crosswalks must be contained in the shaded area. All sidewalks, crosswalks, and slopes shall be in accordance with RFP Section 01 10 00, Paragraph 3.3.1 Walks as well as in compliance with ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Subject sidewalks are to be used by pedestrians as well as electrical vehicle travel with delineated lanes of 4 feet and 8 feet respectively. Install a solar-powered, pedestrian-actuated flashing light with pedestrian crossing sign on each side of Loop Road where the crosswalk is installed.
