- This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposal or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs NF/SG VA MEDICAL CENTER located at 1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608 is seeking to determine availability of vendors with the capabilities of providing ThinPrep Pap Test Kits on a delivery schedule basis: Item# 70096-001 ThinPrep Pap Test Kit 500 tests and 500 broom-like collection devices. Kit includes slides and filters necessary to perform 500 tests. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 10/31/2011-1EA 12/31/2011-1EA 2/28/2012-1EA 4/31/2012-1EA 6/30/2012-1EA 8/31/2012-1EA These requirements are not flexible. Firms/Companies with interest and capability responding to all these requirements should develop a short narrative including relevant documentation, specific evidence and any other information indicating the capability to successfully fulfill the aforementioned requirements.
