- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 -Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13 -Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as appropriate for this particular acquisition. Solicitation Number W91249-11-T-0117 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for Real Property Clerk (Temp) Services in accordance the Statement of Work (SOW).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-53, dated July 5, 2011. The MICC-Fort Gordon anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price Contract. W91249-11-T-0117 is a 100% small business set aside under NAICS Code No. 561320 for General Clerk II, NAICS Code 561320 has a Standard Size of $13.5M.
