- Wage Determination Solicitation SF 1442 Cover Letter This is a Buy Indian Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act, 25 USC 47. Quotes will be sought from businesses which are at least 51% Indian owned, operated and controlled sources only. This project involves painting the exterior of Sells Hospital, as well as the exterior of a number of support buildings. This project is located approximately 60 miles southwest of Tucson, Arizona at the Sells Indian Hospital, Building 505. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to complete the installation in accordance with the Scope of Work.
