- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ M67854-11-Q-3067) for a firm-fixed-price type contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-53. A written Technical Specification that details the required supplies/services is attached to this synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS code 314912. The associated small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Process (FAR 15.101-2) The Marine Corps has a requirement for temporary shelters at Camp Lejeune, NC. This solicitation includes a site inspection and instructions on how to register for the site inspection. Small Businesses (under 314912) that are capable of providing the required supplies are encouraged to submit a quote in response to the solicitation.
