- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of U.S. Department of the Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to SeaChange International Inc, 50 Nagog Park, Acton, MA 01720-3409, to procure an annual proprietary software service/support agreement and extended warranty for the hardware utilized by the SeaChange On-Demand Media Content Review System (VOD). This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract, with a Period of Performance of 9 September 2011 through 8 September 2012. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
