- Sole Source Justification Statement of Work Notice of Intent XML Professional Publisher (XPP) is a high performance publishing application that creates high quality outputs in PDF and PostScript format. XPP is currently used in BLS to automate the creation of publication quality statistical tables in PDF format using XML statistical data sets. XPP consulting and support services are necessary to add new functionality in the creation of publication quality statistical tables. Services are also necessary to implement the creation of additional BLS publication outputs like BLS News Releases and detail reports. The support services will be utilized to assist BLS employees in style development and programming.
