- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation Albuquerque Area Office has an upcoming requirement for the general operations modeling and technical support for Upper Rio Grande Water Operations and Accounting Models and data including, but not limited to, rule changes and development, review and improvement of methods application, updates to documentation, updates to datasets applied, and Technical Team Meeting participation with notes compilation and distribution. Evaluation criteria may include technical capability to meet the Government requirement including demonstrated and documented experience and expertise generally with Riverware simulation using rules and accounting, and specifically with the Upper Rio Grande Water Operations Model, price, and past performance on similar requirements. Contractor will be required to submit to and pass a background security investigation due to logical access to secured, Government information. A firm-fixed price contract with a base year plus up to four option years will be awarded resulting from Request for Quotations No. R11PS43037 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, which will follow this announcement shortly. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. NAICS is 518210 with a small business size standard of $18M. PSC is D306. Prospective offerors must be registered, and must maintain an active registration, in the Central Contractor Registration database found at http://www.ccr.gov. As of January 1, 2005, Online Representations and Certifications must be completed and maintained active at http://orca.bpn.gov.
