- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for a time and materials purchase order with a base and four option years for operation and maintenance service support of the Columbia Mowry Distribution Facilities. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 221310; the applicable size standard is $7 Million. Solicitation R11PS20203 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 26, 2011. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is September 19, 2011. The solicitation and specifications must be downloaded at the above site; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. The estimated award date is September 30, 2011. Prospective offerors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for award. Firms can register at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the CCR Information Center at 1-888-227-2423.
