- Description
- The U S Naval Hospital, Guam is soliciting a Fixed Firm Price (FFP) type contract for one time supply and shipment of Medcial Instruments and Supplies. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13. The requested instruments and supplies shall be fit comparable and special features or salient characteristics tot he existing equipments at the Main Operating Room (MOR) of U S Naval Hospital, Guam to enhance safety patient care. The main manufacturer of existing equipments at Main Facility is SYNTHES USA SALES LLC. All offerors must QUOTE FOB: DESTINATION. U S Naval Hospital, Guam Bldg #1, L-Wing, Suite L103, Farenholt Road, Agana Heights, Guam 96910. Responsible sources must be registered and active in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), DUNS Number, Cage Code, TAX ID.
