- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.asia.neco.navy.mil/. The solicitation number is N40084-11-T-0033. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This is a full and open competition and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423110. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows: ITEM NO. 0001 “ Automobile, Sedan, Compact, 4-Door, 5-Passenger, Gasoline Engine Driven, 4x2, and Right-hand Drive. See specifications for more details. ITEM NO. 0002 “ 10-Passenger Carryall Van (Wagon Type), High Roof, Forward Control, Right-hand Drive, Gasoline Engine Driven, 4x2, and Dual-type Air-conditioners. See specifications for more details. Warranty coverage shall be manufacturer ™s standard warranty, with requirement for warranty services in Japan. Delivery requirement is 90 calendar days after date of contract award. Quotes are solicited FOB Destination. All offers shall be in the English language and priced in Japanese Yen.
