- The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to award a sole source procurement with Sybase, Inc. for Sybase maintenance of FinCEN's Sybase products. The Government intends to award a 1 (one) year contract with no option periods. A sole source is intended for this order. Sybase is a proprietary system. This is a renewal of an annual maintenance agreement. No solicitation document is available. FinCEN will consider all affirmative responses received no later than August 29, 2011 at 3:00 PM ET. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirements at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more informations will not be considerrerd an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received, that clearly demonstrates the abitliy to meet all the requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to make a sole-source award to Sybase, Inc. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
