- Description
- Tinker AFB, OK intends to make a single Small Business Set-aside award for the following: Contractor shall provide and install 6 ea Interactive Smart Podiums (ID422W) w/ interactive pen display or equal, and 5 ea. 60" Flat Monitors w/auto adjust lighting, 1080P resolution, Wi-Fi ready, minimum of 4 ea HDMI inputs, minimum of 1 HD component video, and D-sub 15-pin input for PC compatibility. In addition, provide and install 5 ea Flat Panel Wall Tilt-mounts and, 5 ea wall plates to house the long cables going to the monitor. The wall plates must be able to house 50 ft of HDMI & VGA cable, and 3.5mm audio runs to the LCD. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The award will be made to the responsible contractor who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based upon completion and return of solicitation documents (including any amendments), compliance with the stated item descriptions, Small Business participation and price. The solicitation will be available on or about 26 Aug 2011 and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizzopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure you have the most current information. Prefer quotes me emailed but faxes are acceptable. All contractors in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. In addition, contractor shall be registered at http://orca.bpn.gov (On-line Representations and Certifications Application).
