- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - ICO at Fort Polk, Louisiana is issuing a request for quote with an issue date on or about 29 August 2011 and a due date of 14 September 2011 3:00 PM CST. This will be a small business set aside with the intent to award a firm-fixed price service contract to refurbished 1000 gallon Fire Foam Trailer to dismantle and inspect dual 500 gallon tanks, plumbing, replace high pressure pump etc. The award for this procurement will be to the responsive, responsible bidder whose price is most advantageous to the government considering only price related factors.
